\nTogether, we’ll define your objectives and what you want from me, and I’ll give you some advice on how to approach the work.
\nI often suggest body and\/or energy work during this first session, so that your body can give me its own information through my hands.
\nI don’t pretend to know what’s good for the other person, because I believe that our best doctor, our best guide, is none other than ourselves.
\nMy approach is therefore one of teamwork, in which each of us has his or her own part to play.
\nIn the process, I address the physical as well as the emotional, the resolution of old, undigested issues, the energetic and, why not, the spiritual, because these different facets of each of us are interdependent.
